Seller Membership requires certification that your business qualifies as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) as defined in our Membership Eligibility Standards. By completing this application, you acknowledge that your Seller Membership is subject to the Network's right of curatorial review and audit, and that disputes arising from your Seller Membership — including claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1981 and the Minnesota Human Rights Act — are subject to binding individual arbitration under the Terms of Use you have already agreed to.
